CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health, and wellness needs. It’s a way to pay for the costs of many Dental Treatments and Procedures and allows you to make convenient monthly payments.  The easiest and fastest way to apply for CareCredit is to apply over the phone, toll free, at:  (800) 677-0718.  You can use their automated system 24/7 or you can apply with a live agent between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday, Eastern Time. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply by phone.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
